At bedtime tonight, Grant jumped up and wrapped his legs around Emma while they were hugging. And she just stood there, like the bionic woman, laughing and laughing. Then yelling her arms were hurting.

And this one will make my Dad's heart sing - Grant ate his first apple whole on Friday. He let me know he was done with it by handing me the seeds and the stem. That's all that was left. Just like my dad, who would regularly be horrified at how much apple I left on the core and how much chicken I left on the bone when I was growing up.
