I just learned the free pumpkins we get on school pumpkin patch tours are sugar pumpkins! So I've been busy roasting, pureeing, and freezing every last pumpkin in this place. Woo free edible pumpkin! I was even smart enough to pull some of the seeds out so we can grow our own sugar pumpkins in the garden this summer. Again, making the Scottish ancestors beam.
